Identity and Access Management Lead Information Security Engineer(IAM)

UKG is looking for an IAM Lead Information Security Engineer that will assist us in maintaining the strategic and operational aspects of our directory services, and identity and access management system.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Actively participate in the execution of architecture and engineering roadmaps for IAM services globally and drive efforts to validate alignment between strategic direction and business objectives.
- Work with business and engineering teams to integrate, test, and deploy IAM solutions for strategic initiatives.
- Deploy and maintain formal IAM and enterprise directory standards and procedures consistent with corporate security policy.
- Participate in determining near- and long-term IAM needs including multi-factor authentication and privileged access management.
- Ensure appropriate access controls are in place via regular access reviews
- Research and recommend emerging IAM technologies and tools to address current and future needs
- Serve as subject matter expert to internal business and IT partners
