• Must be open for Branch Visit.
• Open to enhance overall employee experience by designing and implementing engagement initiatives.
• Have to Plan the annual calendar for employee engagement activities.
• Act as HR SPOC for assigned departments.
• Can Efficiently Track and monitor grievances raised.

Preferred candidate profile

• A full-time MBA/PGDM (Preferably in HR)
• 5-7 Years of experience in HRBP.
