Role & responsibilities

• nowledge of credit underwriting in secured loans
• Business analysis skills and document verification skills
• Proficient in reading / understanding financial statements and legal opinions
• KYC norms/guidelines for high ticket size secured
• Knowledge of land and property documents
• Knowledge of hypothecation and mortgage process
• Basic computer knowledge and ease of technology usage (tablet / smartphone)
• Communication skills - fluent in the local language and basic English
• Strong Analytical and Interpretation skill.
• Good interrogation and investigation skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong Interpersonal skills & ability to manage relationships with internal & external stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-4 years of experience preferably in field credit
