Work closely with clients on complex client problems and leverage your domain knowledge and consulting skills to help them achieve their goals.Conduct analysis to determine best path for solving business problems that may include process improvement, systems enhancement, user training, and software procurement.Gather facts through research, interviews, and surveys, to analyse the clients business processes, draw conclusions, prepare final reports, and give presentations.Evaluate relative costs, benefits, and obstacles of potential solutionsand implement the plans as defined.Conduct business readiness assessment and follow best practices to drive project implementation.Bring your best skills forward to excel in the role:

MBA from Tier-1 B-school3-8 years of work experience in top strategy, management, technology consulting firms or analytics firms for banks or financial services companyExperience in Banking operations (middle-office and back-office processes across retail banking, corporate banking, wealth management businesses)Experience in performing current state assessment of operational processes and develop target state operating model and processesExperienced in business process reengineering, process modelling and process miningExperience of agile learning projects in a fast-paced environmentGood understanding of industry trends, challenges, business and technology imperatives, etc.Hands on experience on third party packages like Celonis, Blueprism, Pega, Aris, ServiceNow is desirable.Lean six sigma certification is desirableWhats in it for you?
