Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and results-driven Senior Executive Content & Brand Marketing to develop and execute engaging content strategies. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in content creation and marketing, brand storytelling, and digital campaigns, Internal and external communication, Agency management, Marketing co ordination, Social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Management:
• Develop compelling content for blogs, website, emailers, and social media.
• Write, edit, and proofread content to maintain brand consistency and quality.
• Work with design teams to create visually engaging marketing materials.
• Brand & Campaign Management:
• Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns to enhance visibility.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for campaign execution.
• SEO & Digital Marketing Support:
• Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.
• Assist in managing social media platforms and community engagement.
• Market Research & Trends:
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences.
• Bring fresh ideas to enhance UGRO Capitals content and brand presence.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Education: Bachelors/ Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years in content marketing, branding, or digital marketing financial services or fintech industry.
• Strong writing and editing skills with an understanding of brand storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media trends, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
