1. Create and implement a robust marketing strategy and implementation plan.

2. Manage the external media agency, as they develop digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns.

3. Responsible for generating leads, engaging potential customers, and promoting products or services to drive sales from the Website and Meeting or exceeding sales goals.

4. Responsible for generating traffic on the website. He also takes care of the site's web analysis, SEO, campaign management on affiliate networks, and operations in partnership with other sites.

5. Responsible for driving efficient traffic and booking growth by executing spend and campaigns across key digital performance channels including display, PPC & affiliates. Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic, and own media channels; identify and test new channels to meet or exceed critical metrics.

6. Produce daily reporting of KPIs to identify issues and opportunities for growth of Sales.

7. Oversee A&P (Advertising and Promotion) budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to facilitate a strong return on investment and efficient CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).

8. Work closely with management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback, and present results; implement and report conversion rate optimization.

9. Implement marketing automation, lead generation strategies, and be informed of current performance marketing trends and technologies.
