Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Early Childhood Educator/Preschool Teacher at Oasis Art + Play Studio in *Vasant Vihar, New Delhi*, India for *5.5 working days*, with Sundays off and either Saturdays or Mondays off alternately, 9:30-6:30PM.

The Educator will be responsible for facilitating a diverse set of play classes in language and literacy development, life skills development, social and emotional development, art and craft, numeracy skills and other classes appropriate for ages 2-5. There will be curriculum development, team work, preparation of materials, presentation of materials before class as well as other miscellaneous tasks related to the studio and its activities.

Qualifications:

• Fluent English is essential for this role.
• Early Childhood Education degree or certification - such as NTT, B.ED, Montessori certificate course, etc.
• Experience in pre-primary or pre-schools in a formal organisation for 2 years is essential with children 16 months to 5 years old.
• Creativity Skills and a passion for play-based learning.
• Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children with active and physical engagement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with parents and colleagues.
