Job Summary :
The Director Salesforce, will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce-related projects and services.
This role involves managing a team of Salesforce professionals, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities :
Leadership and Management :
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Salesforce/Conga engineers and administrators.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
- Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
Strategy and Planning :
- Develop and execute the Salesforce/Conga strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to define and prioritize Salesforce/Conga projects.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Technical Expertise :
- Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce/Conga solutions.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce/Conga configuration and customization.
- Stay updated on Salesforce/Conga platform updates and industry trends.
Project Management :
- Manage development timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Track and report on project progress and key performance indicators.
Service Delivery :
- Oversee the delivery of Salesforce support, maintenance, and enhancement services.
- Ensure timely resolution of client issues and requests.
- Implement and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Continuously improve managed services processes and methodologies.
- Implement best practices for incident management, problem management, and change management.
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Master's degree preferred.
- Overall 10+ years of experience, 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
- 7+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Conga CPQ and CLM knowledge is desirable.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Salesforce Certified Application Architect.
