Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing strategies, social media management, content creation, and analytics while working remotely. Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Monitor engagement and help grow the brand s online presence.

Content Creation: Assist in writing blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials. Work on graphic design (using tools like Canva or Adobe) to create visual content for online platforms.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Help with optimizing website content for better search engine rankings. Conduct keyword research and assist with on-page SEO tasks.

Email Marketing: Support the creation and scheduling of email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot. Analyze the performance of email campaigns.

Paid Advertising: Assist with creating and managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other paid digital campaigns. Monitor and report on campaign performance.

Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to support marketing strategies.

Data Analysis: Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns using Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong interest in digital marketing and eagerness to learn.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Canva, or similar platforms is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Docs.
Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.

Note: If the number of vacancies is in then the job will be confirmed after completion of 2 to 3 month internship. As training was provided in last batch, not in this batch. It has been changed to internship. 2 to 3 times per year package hike, appraisal has been implemented depending on skill, responsibility and ability. Our company can hire only 18 to 20 people per year on-boarding. Our team and company only focus on people who work for long term. Ask only candidates who are willing to work for at least 2 years to apply. After two years notice duration is 3 months.
