Civil Engineer cum Site Engineer

Role & responsibilities

A "Civil Engineer cum Site Engineer" Implementing Project plan, overseeing the on-ground execution of project plans, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of the project on-site.

Key Responsibilities may include:-

Project Planning and Design:

• Studying project blueprints and specifications to understand design details.
• Assisting in developing construction plans, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Performing necessary calculations and site surveys to ensure design feasibility.
• Creating detailed drawings and technical documents for construction teams.

Site Supervision and Management:

• Preparing BOQ(Bill of quantities)inclusive of Project understanding, Breakdown work sections, Item description, Quantity take off.

a) Arrange BOQ in clear & structured format

b) Review & Validate – Cross check accuracy before finalizing.

• Quotations gathering and analysis.
• Leading, Managing and co-ordination between Architect, MEP, on-site construction teams, including contractors / subcontractors and management.
• Monitoring construction progress against project timelines and budget.
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols on-site.
• Inspecting materials and workmanship to identify and address potential issues.
• Resolving technical challenges and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Supervision of final implementation by doing “Napai”.
