Construction & Site Engineer

4 to 5 Year of Experience in Commercial or Residential Execution of RCC Structure , Block work/ Plaster work / Finishing work like Tiles work, Skim finishing, Installation doors, painting etc.

Project Execution: Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

RCC Structure:

Supervise the execution of all RCC works, including formwork, reinforcement, and concrete pouring.

Ensure quality control of concrete mix design and placement.

Monitor and manage curing procedures.

Masonry & Block Work:

Oversee the construction of brickwork, blockwork, and partition walls.

Ensure accurate placement of openings and adherence to structural drawings.

Plastering & Finishing Work:

Supervise the execution of plastering work (internal & external).

Oversee the installation of tiles, flooring, and other finishes.

Manage the installation of doors, windows, and other joinery items.

Supervise painting and other decorative finishes.

Quality Control:

Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations.

Identify and resolve any quality issues promptly.

Site Management:

Manage and motivate site teams, including masons, carpenters, and laborers.

Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and site cleanliness.

Maintain daily site diaries and progress reports.

Budget & Cost Control:

Monitor project costs and identify potential cost overruns.

Prepare and submit progress bills to clients.

Client Communication:

Maintain regular communication with clients and project stakeholders.

Address client concerns and resolve issues effectively.
