Job Description :

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Python and ReactJS to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and building scalable, high-performing web applications. This role requires a balance of front-end and back-end expertise to deliver seamless and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Backend Development :

- Build and maintain scalable server-side solutions using Python (Django/Flask).

- Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration between systems.

Frontend Development :

- Develop dynamic and responsive user interfaces using ReactJS.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization of UIs.

Database Management :

- Design, manage, and optimize databases using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

- Write efficient queries and ensure database performance.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Debugging and Maintenance :

- Identify and troubleshoot issues across the entire stack.

- Implement fixes and improvements to existing systems.

Required Skills :

Backend Expertise :

- Strong experience with Python frameworks like Django or Flask.

- Proficiency in designing and consuming APIs.

Frontend Expertise :

- Advanced knowledge of ReactJS and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

- Familiarity with state management tools (Redux, Context API).

Database Management :

- Hands-on experience with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.

Version Control & Deployment :

- Proficiency with Git for version control.

- Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and tools.

General Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving abilities.

- Strong debugging skills across the stack.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with GraphQL for API design and development.

- Knowledge of Docker for containerization.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and testing frameworks (e.g., PyTest, Jest).
