Role & Responsibilities

• Train the executive and provide ongoing training and support to keep the team up to date with product features and benefits
• Establish clear and measurable sales targets for the vehicle loan department based on organizational goals and market conditions
• Maintain relationship with the mapped branch staff
• Foster a motivated and goal-oriented team culture
• Streamline application and approval processes to minimize turnaround times
• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers while also retaining and cross-selling to existing customers
