Cluster Head Sales

Role & Responsibilities

• Train and Manage Sales Manager and Executive Team. Generate Home Loan leads from open markets and through different channels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and referral/s.
• Implement and develop sales activities to achieve the target and arrange loan events.
• Handle product queries and service issues.
• Meeting clients, verifying documents, processing files, co-ordinate for sanction/disbursement of the loan, and personalized service to clients.
• Ensure the achievement of the given business target.
• Ensure zero incidents of conflict of interest or party-related issues.
• Monitor and address any potential conflicts proactively.
• Ensure all new hires are thoroughly briefed on the banks Code of Conduct and Customer Service Code.
• Conduct regular refresher sessions for existing staff to maintain awareness and compliance.
• Maintain accurate daily attendance records and ensure timely submission of any related reports or Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Ensure that attendance of the team adheres to organizational policies with zero errors.
• Immediately report any complaints related to POSH or any disciplinary issues and take prompt action to address the reported issues.
• Ensure proper use of office infrastructure and equipment and always maintain safety and security of all office resources.
