We are looking for a Pricing Analyst to help us optimize our pricing strategies and streamline deal-making processes. In this role you will play a pivotal role in powering our global go-to-market (GTM) efforts. What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points

Pricing Strategy : Craft competitive B2B pricing and commercial strategies that deliver value and drive growth.
Process Development and Implementation : Design and roll out efficient, scalable processes to enhance our operational efficiency
Customer incentive Program Design : Design incentive initiatives, determining which programs to launch, how to price them, and setting clear guidelines on deal qualifications.
Support Global Sales Team s: Provide our sales teams around the world with strategic insights and guidance to help them excel
Collaboration & Execution : Manage key projects, working closely with teams from Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Legal to ensure aligned execution
Data Analysis & Insights : Analyze data to gain actionable insights, assessing the performance of our pricing, incentives, and other key metrics.
Deal Review and Recommendation : Review deal incentives and terms at both the Micro and Macro level for suitability and provide valuable recommendations to the sales team in support of value creation.

---- Basic Qualifications ----

4+ years of work experience in B2B pricing and commercial strategy
Bachelors degree (Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, etc)
Strong data analytic skills with SQL proficiency

---- Preferred Qualifications ----

5+ years of work experience in B2B pricing and commercial strategy preferably in a fast growing B2B technology / SaaS sales environment
Solid financial knowledge, including an understanding of P&L statements
Operationally focused, process oriented, and data driven with a keen eye for details and razor focused on accuracy
You excel in a collaborative environment! You translate team member needs into clear tasks and deliverables for contributors. You work through dependencies, bottlenecks, and tradeoffs with ease.
Verbal and written communication skills. Strong consensus building and executive presence to communicate and defend plans to account executives
Advance knowledge of sales
