Job Description
We are looking for a frontend integration engineer interested in:
- Solving technical challenges e.g. scalability, reliability and performance.
- Collaboration with UI Engineering team to integrate Agent Assist UI Modules into enterprise customers Agent Desktop (frontend UI system).
- Bringing customers challenges first hand to the UI Engineering team to improve on the product feature.
- Authoring UI integration playbook to scale for more integration needs.
You must meet these minimum qualifications to apply for this job:
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with frontend development including JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Familiarity with Node.js, Express.js.
- Familiarity with web standards and web security including iFrames, browser contexts, CORS, XSS, etc.
- Familiarity with Cloud Platform (GCP).
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
- 5 years of experience with front-end frameworks, full-stack development, and/or API development.
Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable:
- Salesforce SFDC development background.
- Canvas app (familiarity with adding canvas applications to SalesForce).
- Familiarity with integrating with other Agent Desktop applications: Genesys WWE, Genesys Cloud, Zendesk, Cisco, Avaya, NICE, Five9, Twilio.
- Familiarity with Web Components and/or frontend frameworks (Angular, React, etc.)
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- The will and ability to learn are key.
