Responsibilities :
Identify and Pursue Business Opportunities:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive analysis.
Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their value proposition to prospective clients.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or challenges.
Develop strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Create customized proposals, presentations, and pitches to effectively showcase our solutions to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to close deals and maximize profitability.
Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and enhance customer value.
Continuously evaluate sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
Stay prepared for industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies relevant to our business.
Use industry knowledge to anticipate market shifts and capitalize on new opportunities for growth.
Share insights and recommendations with internal teams to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Requirements :
bachelors degree in Business Administration, MBA in Marketing(Preferred)
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
