Job description

Role & Responsibilities

• Sending quotations & processing orders.
• Ensuring seamless coordination with our overseas suppliers and Indian customers.
• Coordinate/Followup product delivery for customers.
• Effectively making and managing documentation for customers and suppliers for logistics.
• Effectively resolving customer issues and inquiries promptly.
• Knowledge of Import documentation
• Working knowledge of Tally Software.
• Payment follow up.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate (B.com preferred) Knowledge of import/export process and documentation.
• Proficiency in Excel, Sales force. Google Groups, and related technology.
• Working knowledge of Tally is mandatory.
• Tender processing knowledge would be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• Must have 5+ years experience in customer service.
• familiarity with international shipping would be preferable.
