Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for Front desk Receptionists for our Hospital in Gurgaon.

Shift Timings - (8 am - 5 pm) & (11 am - 9 pm)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls from the patients and scheduling appointments.
• Welcoming walk - in patients and guiding them.
• Preparing OPD slips & IPD files.
• Making necessary data entries in the computer.

Requirements

• 1 + years of experience of working as a receptionist. Preferably in a Hospital/clinic or nursing home.
• Good communication skills. (English & Hindi)
• Good organisational Skills
• Well versed with MS Office ( Word, powerpoint, Excel)
