Job Description
- Automate with Expertise: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-leading tools like Jest, Cypress, and Rest Assured.
- Test API Functionality: Validate backend APIs to ensure seamless integration and performance.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to create comprehensive test plans that align with product requirements.
- Ensure Quality: Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing to identify and resolve software defects.
- Enhance Frameworks: Continuously improve test automation frameworks for scalability and efficiency.
- Drive Excellence: Provide detailed bug reports and insights, contributing to the overall stability and reliability of our products.
- Support Agile Processes: Participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives to ensure QA is integral to the development lifecycle
What You Need:
- Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on QA experience with a strong focus on automation testing.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Expertise in Jest, Cypress, and Rest Assured for automation.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proven experience in API testing and automation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into the deployment process.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration and detailed documentation.
- Fluent communication in English is a must - both verbal and written.
Nice To Have:
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools is a plus
