Job Description
- Coordinate and oversee the daily dispatch of drivers and vehicles.
- Create, adjust, and manage delivery schedules and routes.
- Communicate with drivers to provide directions, updates, and support.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and delivery information.
- Monitor and track the status of deliveries to ensure timely completion.
- Liaise with customers to provide delivery updates and address any issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle emergencies and unforeseen issues promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to all transportation and safety regulations
