Our Hiring Procedure
Technical Interview
Following the standard CV shortlisting and telephone conversation with the recruiter, we schedule an interview that includes an oral evaluation of your skills, expertise, and problem-solving abilities. We prefer face-to-face interviews, but we will investigate the possibility of telephonic/skype interviews as well.
Final Selection Onboarding The offer will be finalized in collaboration with the HR team. We make our final decision based on an in-depth analysis of each candidates performance in each round of interviews. We will confirm your joining date based on mutual agreement, and we will provide you with the best tools to help you with your work on day one. We assess your coding, logic, and code optimization skills by assigning a real-world task. This round will be scheduled in our office at your convenience. Interview with Management A quick conversation with our management to better understand your career goals and cultural fit in the organization.
