Job Description
We are seeking an HR_Sales & Digital Specialist to bridge the gap between our sales and human resources teams. This role will focus on recruiting, training, and developing our sales team, while also providing HR support to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and hire top sales talent
- Develop and implement sales training programs
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with sales managers to set sales targets and strategies
- Provide HR support to sales team, including benefits, compensation, and employee relations
- Develop and implement sales team policies and procedures
- Facilitate communication between sales team and other departments
- Foster a positive sales team culture and boost morale
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to sales team members
- Identify and address sales team conflicts and performance issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in Generalist role.
-Sale s&Digital hiring or a related field
- Strong understanding of sales principles and HR practices
- Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop insights
- Bachelors degree in Business, HR, or a related field
