Import Customer Service - Freight Forwarding

Role & responsibilities

• Minimum 9 to 14 years experience required in relevant freight forwarding industry.
• Sound knowledge in Ocean Imports Customer Service & Overseas Coordination
• To handle key customers. Candidates having experience in handling Global key accounts are preferred.
• Customer Co-ordination & should manage the CS team to ensure seamless service to customers.
• To have good knowledge in end to end ocean Import activities.
• Enhancing the productivity of customers by suggesting the best possible route and mode of transportation.
• To prepare & present reports for customer & business review time to time.
• Co-ordination with Overseas agents /NVOCC/Shipping line for handling shipment.
• Periodic customer visits for review and to improve CSI and increase wallet share from the existing customer.
