Job Title: Recruiter
Department/Function: HR / Talent Acquisition
Job Summary/Objective:
The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talents . The role involves full-cycle recruiting, from identifying requirements to on-boarding selected candidates, ensuring a seamless hiring experience while contributing to the organizations talent acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine talent needs and job specifications.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
Candidate Screening and Selection:
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
Employer Branding:
- Promote the company’s brand through job postings, recruitment campaigns, and engagement activities.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, career events, and campus recruitment drives.
Recruitment Process Management:
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate) and suggest process improvements.
On-boarding Support:
- Facilitate the smooth on-boarding of new hires by coordinating with HR and other departments.
- Provide support in document collection, background verification, and induction processes.
Required Qualifications:
Skills and Competencies:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or other job boards.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches.

Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Organizational Skills:
- Exceptional time management and ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks.
Problem-Solving Skills:
- Analytical mindset to assess candidate profiles and hiring trends.
- Proactive approach to addressing recruitment challenges
