IT Asset Coordinator

Job Description:

• Maintaining of IT Assets and Mobility Assets on end-to-end management.
• Accuracy in updating the information of IT and Mobility.
• Allocation and replacement of assets based on the requirement.
• Annual AMC Asset maintenance and coordinating with AMC vendors.
• Preparing and sending the Weekly / Monthly reports to the required departments.
• Ensure the maintenance activity is held as per the schedule and the agreement.
• Employee exit clearance process.
• User coordination
• Asset Tracking.

The mandatory skills required for the profiles are as follows:

1. Good in MIS, particularly Excel and MS Office.
2. Strong coordination skills.
3. Knowledge in IT assets.
