Job Title: Recruiter & HR Generalist (Female Candidates Only)

Position Overview:
TVS Electronics is seeking a dedicated and proactive female professional for the role
of Recruiter & HR Generalist. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-
to-end recruitment and supporting various HR generalist activities. This position

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open positions using various platforms and
strategies.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the candidate database for current and future openings.
• Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research
and ongoing relationship management.
HR Generalist Activities:
• Assist in onboarding processes, including induction and orientation programs.
• Support HR operations, including attendance tracking, employee records maintenance, and
documentation.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement and training programs.
• Provide support for payroll preparation by collecting and verifying data.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and HR generalist roles.
• Proficiency in Kannada and English (both written and verbal).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
