Job Description
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve cross-sell targets in the PL segment
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive product penetration and maximize revenue Functional Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with salesforce and the customers within the territory
- Enhance customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication and service delivery
- Resolve customer queries and concerns related to cross-sell offerings.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and take corrective action where needed
- Ensure all cross-sell activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements by maintaining delinquency effectively
