Manager - Ecommerce

This role is responsible for managing business with multiple Ecommerce Merchants/Marketplace spread across categories

B2B Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with online merchants, payment gateways (PGs), and aggregators to ensure smooth business operations.
• Act as a liaison between the company and partners to address their needs and concerns promptly.
• Identify and onboard new merchants within the e-commerce ecosystem to the TVS Saathi app platform.
• Assist merchants in understanding and utilizing the platforms features and benefits.
• Timely resolution of partner and campaign-related issues.

Product Management

• Assist in planning and running collaborative campaigns with merchants, including special schemes to increase business volumes.
• Coordinate daily partner-related campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring seamless execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, credit, and risk, to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Support the marketing team in aligning campaigns with broader business goals.
• Prepare and share periodic reports on campaign success and merchant feedback.
• Analyse funnel outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
• Improving the funnel output with regular analysis and working with cross function stakeholders (Credit/Risk/tech etc.) while keeping asset quality in check.
• Devising revenue leakage prevention processes, Projection of income and expenditure to finance department
