We are looking for a self-motivated person with a positive "can-do" attitude and excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including industry events, networking, and referrals.
- Understand the customer's pain points and processes to qualify them as suitable prospects for our SaaS solutions.
- Present and demonstrate the capabilities of our software solutions to prospective clients in the chemical and food industries.
- Showcase how our solutions can address specific challenges such as process optimization and reducing quality deviations from dynamic golden batches.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in customer organizations.
- Develop marketing content using your domain expertise to generate inbound leads.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Provide expert advice on process improvements, leveraging your industry knowledge to help customers succeed with the product.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and report on activities to the management team.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales progress.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring alignment between client needs and product offerings.
- Work closely with clients to implement solutions, ensuring smooth adoption and integration into their existing processes.
- Develop and contribute to marketing content that highlights your domain expertise and generates inbound leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design targeted content, case studies, and other resources to attract potential clients.
- Provide valuable guidance and process knowledge to clients during the implementation phase.
- Help clients optimize their processes using our software, ensuring they derive maximum value from the solution.
Educational Qualifications :
- MBA or related business qualification is preferred.
- Experience as a process expert in the chemical or food industry.
- Experience in selling SaaS products is a plus, especially solutions related to AI/ML.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes within the chemical and food industries.
- Proven ability to negotiate, present, and close deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills with an ability to engage stakeholders at various levels.
- Open to travel as required to meet clients and attend events.
- Experience in selling AI/ML-powered SaaS products or other process optimization solutions.
- Familiarity with salesforce automation tools or CRM platforms.
- Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering or Instrumentation & Control (preferred)
