- We are seeking a Finance Manager to work on end-to-end financial management including Budgeting, AOP development, variance analysis, financial modelling, cost benefit analysis, pricing & regular compliance.
- The position will appeal to an individual with strong business acumen & capability to align business goals to financial goals.
- The successful individual will have a business, accounting and finance background .
- Provide advice and counsel to management regarding taxation, treasury, cash management, borrowings and other risk factors to achieve desired business results.
- Also to mobilize resources and ensure efficient cash flow management to support various future projects.
Responsibilities.
- Oversee all activities necessary to process payrolls, including maintaining related records and voluntary deduction reports, processing involuntary deductions e.
- Invoicing, Labour Laws, P. , E. I & P. T, Payroll Processing, TDS, Tax etc.
- Assist in maintaining internal workforce data and reports, including: productivity, employee hours/ overtime, and contract labour tracking and monitoring.
- Handling Compliances of Statuary Audit.
- Handling of Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables their reconciliation.
- Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Debtors / Creditors on monthly basis or at the time of payment.
- Computation and supervision of advanced Tax and TDS payments and filings (24Q, 26Q, 27Q).
- Computation and filing of Goods and Service Tax (Calculation, Challan Payment, Return, Return Filling GSTR-3B, GSTR-1 Credit of Input and Co-Ordination With Department).
- Preparation of al financial reports such as P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement as well as year end financial reports.
- Contribution to continuous improvement of processes, procedures and systems to ensure payroll systems remain fully operational at key processing and reporting times.
- Managing the month end activities which include closing of sub ledgers, general ledger account reconciliations, reporting and balance sheet account analysis and deliver the accurate financial statements as a part of the month end close process.
- Demonstrate a proficient level of professional skill and knowledge in accounting and apply this in-depth knowledge, principles and systems design to recognize complex and unique issues and develop resolution and/or consistently consult with leadership in order to achieve resolution.
- Ensure appropriate financial policies, procedures and internal controls are in place, documented and also drive process improvements.
- Perform and support new business/system launches including UAT of the accounting entries and financial reporting.
- Identify problems and changing requirements regarding management needs, auditing and other financial reporting requirement, accounting systems along with responsible for modifications.
- Coordinating with the Auditors on providing input to the ROC & RBI Filings.
Basic Qualifications.
- 7+ years of experience in Month end closing of Books of accounts / working on various Sub-ledgers / Accounting knowledge / Balance sheet Reconciliation & Reporting activities.
- Strong accounting skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
