Senior Test Engineer/ Test Engineer (Safety Testing)

Education & Experience:

• B.E/ B. Tech in Electronics & Communication/Electronics & Telecommunication/ Electronics & Instrumentations
• At least 2- 5 years of experience in Electrical, Electronics & Medical devices testing and its related industry, experience from TIC industry will be added advantage.
• Responsible for Testing & certification related project executions as per the different National and/or International standards/ specifications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Candidate should possess good knowledge in safety and performance testing. Independently handle/carry out Safety testing as per standards the following standards.

• IEC/EN 60950 for Information Technology Equipment
• IEC/EN 60065 for Audio, Video and Similar Electronic Apparatus
• IEC 61010-1 for Measurement, Control, and Laboratory use
• EN 60204-1 Safety of Machinery - Electrical Equipment of Machines - Part 1: General Requirements
• IEC 60335-1 for General Testing Requirements for Household and similar Electrical Appliances
• IEC 60601 -1 for Medical electrical equipment.

2. Good Knowledge of Product Safety Testing and Reporting.

3. Product review and Identification of standards and requirements

4. Preparation of Test Plan.

5. Execution of Testing and Reporting according to various IS and IEC standards.

6. Knowledge of global certification such as CE, G mark, CB will be added advantage.
