Senior HSE Consultant

Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned professional for the position of Senior EHS Services Specialist, possessing 152 years of experience in implementing, monitoring, inspecting, and auditing EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) projects. This role demands expertise across diverse industries, including high-rise construction, data center construction, oil & gas, industrial safety, workplace safety, energy & power, renewable energy, cement, and retail sectors. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic approach to EHS practices, ensuring compliance with global and local standards, promoting sustainable practices, and enhancing workplace safety performance.

Key Responsibilities:

EHS Implementation & Compliance:

• Develop, implement, and manage EHS policies and procedures in compliance with international and local regulations.

Monitoring & Inspection:

• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and hazard analysis to identify non-conformities and implement corrective actions.

Auditing & Reporting:

• Lead EHS audits, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed reports on compliance, performance, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Project Management:

• Provide technical leadership in EHS for high-risk projects, including high-rise buildings, data centers, oil & gas operations, and renewable energy installations.
• Monitoring multiple ongoing projects and ensure the client deadlines.
• Support in sourcing and mentoring of project base EHS Resource.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as a liaison between regulatory bodies, clients, and internal teams to ensure alignment on safety standards and expectations.
• Conduct EHS training programs for workers, supervisors, and management to foster a safety-first culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering, or a related field. A masters degree is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent.
• Proven track record of managing EHS operations in high-risk industries and large-scale projects, including data centers and energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of local and international EHS regulations, standards, and best practices.
