Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Polymer Chemist with expertise in testing and analyzing polymer materials. The ideal candidate will have experience in material characterization, polymer synthesis, and quality assurance testing. This role involves conducting laboratory experiments, analyzing polymer properties, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform polymer characterization tests (e.g., DSC, TGA, FTIR, DMA, GPC, Rheology).
• Develop and optimize testing protocols for polymer materials.
• Analyze mechanical, thermal, and chemical properties of polymers.
• Conduct failure analysis and troubleshoot polymer formulations.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure calibration.
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams to improve material performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ASTM, ISO).
• Document and report test results accurately.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's, Masters, Polymer Chemistry, Materials Science, or Chemistry.
• Experience: [4] years in polymer testing, formulation, or quality control. Freshers are also welcome to apply
• Proficiency in polymer characterization techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with statistical data analysis and laboratory best practices.
