Job Summary: We are seeking a tech-savvy and innovative Digital Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting digital marketing campaigns to boost our online presence and drive patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Skills: Create visually appealing graphics and content for digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
• Photo and Video Editing: Edit and produce high-quality photos and videos for use in digital marketing campaigns and social media.
• Digital Campaigns: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online channels, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape, with a focus on digital insights.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and website content.
• SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines and manage paid search campaigns to improve visibility and traffic.
• Social Media Management: Maintain and grow social media presence, engage with the audience, and manage social media advertising campaigns.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and generate reports to measure success and ROI.
• Email Marketing: Design and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and effective digital strategies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite), strong writing and communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Technical Skills: Advanced graphic design tools, Adobe Suite, familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media management, content management systems.
• Soft Skills: Excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
