Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manpower Budget Management - Monitor Manpower Budget On regular basis.
- Daily Reporting on Manpower Budget Utilisation & Hiring Movements.
- Talent Acquisition Analytics: Recruitment Reports preparation like diversity charts, Headcount, Attrition data, offer report, Source mix, Industry Benchmarking, etc on regular frequency (fortnightly/monthly) along with servicing requests received from time-to-time from other relevant/senior stakeholders or HRBP/TA
- HR Cost Management: - Recruitment Cost Tracking, Preparing weekly reports likely Manpower Gap, Vendor cost sheet report, Employee Referral cost sheet payout and tracking report.
- Employee Lifecycle Data Management - Responsible for publishing various dashboards & reports on each stage of employee lifecycle in organization.
Desired Profile:
- Graduate/Post Graduate from the reputed college
- 2-4 years of work experience as an HR Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge & working skills on MS Excel
- Excellent understanding of Data Management & analytical skills.
- Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts and presentations
