Job Description:

- As the Head Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading, overseeing, and delivering end-to-end project management for E&P (Exploration & Production) operations while aligning with the organization's business goals for growth, profitability, and return on capital.

- This role involves strategic planning, operational efficiency, and leadership to ensure the successful execution of projects while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Budgeting:

- Develop and ensure the preparation of long-term and short-term Planning & Budgeting (P&B) documents for E&P projects, aligned with business objectives.

Systems & Process Development:

- Establish and oversee systems and processes for the remote monitoring of critical plant parameters.

- Develop technical MIS to provide preventive and predictive maintenance inputs.

Procurement & Logistics:

- Manage the procurement and timely delivery of equipment to project sites.

Benchmarking & Improvement:

- Benchmark technical parameters of project sites against global Best Available Techniques (BAT) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Operational Leadership:

- Oversee all aspects of the fertilizer unit's E&P operations to ensure the achievement of both short- and long-term plans.

- Lead HAZOP studies and technical risk management processes at each site.

People Management:

- Direct and ensure effective management of team members, fostering a performance-driven work culture.

- Guide and maintain healthy employer-employee relations.

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):

- Ensure adherence to HSE standards and compliance during the E&P phase of projects.

Project Monitoring & Control:

- Monitor and control project schedules, costs, and quality to ensure successful delivery.

Documentation & Reporting:

- Prepare project completion documents, including key learnings and recommendations for future projects.

Strategic Initiatives:

- Participate in due diligence for new projects and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) to assess feasibility and risks.

Key Skills & Competencies:
