Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Full-Stack Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our product, driving both front-end and back-end development with a focus on creating a seamless, efficient, and user-friendly experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review team members code and compare it with best coding practices
- Ensure accurate planning and effort estimation of tasks
- Review team members LLM prompts and provide feedback
- Communicate with researchers and generate performance reports for the team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years of full-stack development experience
- Expertise in back-end development with Python and TypeScript
Technical leadership experience - Ability to debug code and write comprehensive documentation
- Demonstrated contributions to large GitHub repositories (exceeding 50,000 lines of code)
- Experience in working with at least one additional front-end or back-end language/framework (such as C++, Node.js, Swift, Java, etc.).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering, demonstrating an understanding of the latest advancements in AI and its applications in software development
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proficiency in English
- A passion for learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologie
