Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Build new features and products into the web app using modern front-end tools (TypeScript, React, Lit, GraphQL)
- Collaborate directly with designers and product managers to build delightful user experiences
- Own engineering projects from design to implementation to deployment and maintenance
- Solve complex front-end challenges around performance and code reusability while continuously improving code quality
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 6+ years of relevant experience working as a front-end engineer
- 6+ years of professional experience building web applications with JavaScript, React, Lit, TypeScript and CSS
- Nice to have a holistic understanding of software systems
- Familiarity with Web Components/Custom Elements is a plus
- Ability to collaborate with back-end and native mobile engineers to write design docs and design effective APIs is desirable
- Some prior experience building accessible features is nice to have
- Experience building complex animations and transitions to make delightful UIs is preferred
- Prior full-stack background is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams in a fully remote environment and discuss complex topics with technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work effectively under schedule pressure to fix bugs, review code, design, write, test new code, and diagnose production issues
- Fluent in spoken and written English communication
