Backend Developer (AWS/Go/MongoDB)

• Develop and sustain robust back-end systems using AWS, Go, and MongoDB
• Lead debugging, testing, and troubleshooting efforts across diverse applications to ensure peak performance
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to craft and implement innovative solutions
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, integrating them into operations when applicable
• Drive improvements in the efficiency, speed, and scalability of applications
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, ensuring top-tier code quality

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 6-7 years of overall experience in the field
• Hands-on experience with AWS for at least 1-2 years, Go for a minimum of 1 year, and MongoDB for at least 1-2 years
• Proven track record in leading the development and maintenance of robust back-end systems
• Strong grasp of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving abilities complemented by meticulous attention to detail
• Fluency in English with outstanding communication skills
