Front-End Engineer

• Build well-tested front-end and back-end systems for the company s core web product
• Articulate a long-term technical vision for maintaining and scaling the company s web product
• Highlight technical infrastructure for an ambitious product roadmap
• Assist in reinforcing security, availability, and scalability in the company s software infrastructure
• Create high-quality user experiences by building interfaces that are simple, easy to comprehend, and performant
• Work with technologies that directly interface with the Solana blockchain

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a front-end engineer
• Ability to understand and explain complex ideas to stakeholders
• Demonstrable experience architecting and building scalable, well-engineered Web2 or Web3 products
• Familiarity with complex React state management systems like React Context, Redux, Zustand, etc.
• Self-organizing, responsible, and focused on fast execution
• Experience working with React and TypeScript
• Nice to have some experience with building sites that are responsive, accessible, and performant
• Passionate interest in DeFi and/or a general understanding of blockchain technologies
• Hands-on experience working on high quality products in the finance or security space
• Experience building blockchain applications/smart contracts (particularly on Solana using Rust/Anchor Framework)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in verbal and written English
