Lead Software Engineer

• Architect products to scale and provide strategies to get the team there
• Take ownership of the operational and strategic aspects
• Guide, coach, and mentor other engineers and code to fill in gaps
• Build out the engineering team and code the company s vision

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
• 5+ years of experience working with Flutter, Node.js, and AWS
• Solid knowledge of multitiered, mobile architecture
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs Expertise with data visualization
• Prior experience working with product management to produce solutions that delight users
• Experience with Highcharts, Charts.js, Flutter charting libraries, and applying material design
• Prior experience working in a startup environment
• Nice to have prior experience building and applying machine-learning models
• Some experience managing a team of engineers is desirable
• Experience implementing DevOps best practices like CI/CD, monitoring and alerting, and container and cloud best practices is preferred
• Proficient experience in creating a culture of security within the team is nice to have
• Excellent English communication skills
