Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a high degree of independence, working closely with the CTO and other senior technical team members to implement necessary platform changes and enhancements
- Lead the platforms UX/UI redesign to enhance user experience overall and guarantee adherence to modern web standards
- Handle tickets autonomously, successfully resolving platform issues while upholding a high standard of service quality
- Utilize Python and Ruby on Rails to integrate and process data, guaranteeing smooth platform operations and effective pilot assignment to different projects
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
- 4+ years of experience working with Ruby on Rails, Python, and AWS
- Prior experience with intricate software development responsibilities
- Strong communication skills, competent at working in a team atmosphere with stakeholders at all levels
- Be self-assured in project management
- Showcase robust problem-solving abilities, while being prepared to work on both the front-end and back-end components of the platform
- Equipped to work with a small, focused team in a capacity that requires both freedom and teamwork
- Fluent in spoken and written English communication
