AI/ML Engineer

• Think through scalability & architecture to optimize the product
• Work with the engineering team to maintain code quality assurance and perform code reviews
• Help build a contract management system that can extract terms, clause provisions, recognize language patterns, and auto-redline in word documents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
• Build scalable, responsive, and well-documented stacks
• Use a holistic, test-oriented approach to troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a machine learning engineer
• Deep experience in Java and NLP tools, including custom named entity recognition, classification, and other related algorithms
• Prior production roll-out experience
• Some experience with full-stack development is nice to have
• Ability to function effectively without too much hand-holding and micromanagement
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
