Front-End Web Developer

• Work with cross-functional teams to create and own components, libraries, and frameworks
• Improve the performance and quality of the products by implementing and maintaining features
• Write testable, maintainable code that s easy to understand
• Deliver new features, spec, construct, and test in collaboration with Product, Design, and Engineering teams
• Improve the quality and consistency of existing tests and create new ones
• Bifurcate complex problems into smaller executable tasks

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience building web applications
• Working experience with JavaScript, React, and Node.js
• Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Experience working in remote-first teams is nice to have
• Prior experience building successful open source projects is desirable
• Nice to have some experience with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code
• Experience in improving web performance, security, and reliability for large scale single-page applications is preferred
• Experience contributing to open-source front-end frameworks such as React.js and Angular.js, or building toolings such as Webpack, Babel, and Browserify is nice to have
