Data Science Engineer

• Own central, complex components of the application
• Work closely with the Product Management, Design, Engineers, and QA teams
• Continuously ensure the state of the platform exceeds customer s expectations
• Drive and deliver on the product roadmap, turning rough specs into features

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
• Experience with large-scale data frameworks like Spark, Hive, and Hadoop
• Proficiency in SQL with solid coding experience
• Prior AWS experience
• Extensive programming experience in Python or R
• Experience with open-source ML packages like sklearn and TensorFlow/Keras/PyTorch
• Experience in Recommendation Systems, Personalization, Search, or Deep Learning
• Prior experience in building web-scale parallel and distributed computing systems is desirable
• Strong background in math, statistics, or numerical computation
