Android Developer

• Build high performance, reusable, and reliable code
• Work closely with the technical lead to build superior quality apps
• Work as part of an Agile team with strong passion and in-depth knowledge of all things Android to craft well-structured application features and components
• Work alongside the QA to provide fixes for Android device-specific issues

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of Android studio experience
• Relevant experience in Android development
• Proficiency in iOS UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Familiarity with APIs and push notifications
• Core competency in offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Excellent skills working with Git, JIRA, and Agile processes
• Engineering expertise from Tier1 colleges with a specialization in Computer Science, IT or Electronics
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning is nice to have
• Solid React Native experience will be an advantage
• Experience in working with Android Bluetooth capabilities
• Familiarity with Swift and XCode
• Possess excellent knowledge about performance optimization of mobile applications
• Knowledge of multi-threaded, asynchronous code
• Apps building experience using the MVVM pattern
• Skilled at writing Unit and Automation tests
• Strong verbal, written communication, and time management skills
• Proficiency with web standards and accessibility best practices
