Go Software Engineer

• Add functionality and address flaws in well-known integrations like Terraform Provider (Go code) and Cluster API Provider (Kubernetes, Go code) based on open GitHub issues
• Work on the Metal CLI and Cloud Provider for Kubernetes (Go code and Kubernetes)
• Contribute to integrations like Ansible Provider (Python code) and Generated SDKs (OpenAPI, Python, Go, Java).
• Develop the Crossplane Provider (Kubernetes, Go code), Juju Provider (Go code), and Pulumi Provider (Go code) integrations

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 6+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
• 6+ years of experience working with Linux, Go, and Python
• 2-3+ years of experience working with Kubernetes
• Extensive experience and networking skills
• Demonstrable experience working with Terraform projects and HCL code
• Prolific experience with Cluster API Provider and Metal CLI along with Cloud Provider for Kubernetes
• In-depth knowledge of Generated SDKs like OpenAPI, Python, Go, and Java
• Some prior experience working with Ansible, Pulumi, Juju, and Crossplane Provider (Python, Go, and Kubernetes code)
• Nice to have prior experience working on open-source Go projects
• Ability to work async through Slack, Jira, and GitHub
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
