Job Description
- Establish and specify specified deliverables for a project or initiative
- Determine risks and make plans for mitigating them, get obstacles out of the way, and quickly fill team gaps
- Make sure the team keeps the app's stability and performance up to standards
- Take full accountability for promoting changes and monitoring the project's execution to ensure success as determined by adherence to criteria of scope, budget, and timing
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
- Prolific experience working with Solana and related technologies
- Demonstrable experience with Blockchain, Rust, and React
- Some experience with Node.js and Tailwind CSS is nice to have
- Excellent English communication skills
