Software Developer - Web Back-end

• Develop and maintain high-performance back-end systems using Go, with a focus on optimizing speed and scalability
• Collaborate closely with the front-end team to seamlessly integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Implement security and data protection measures to ensure user data privacy and integrity
• Identify and rectify bottlenecks and bugs to maintain optimal system efficiency
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply relevant updates to existing systems
• Provide mentorship to junior developers and participate in code reviews

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 3 - 5 years of overall experience in back-end web development
• Minimum of 1+ year/s of experience in Go programming
• Profound understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Proficiency in code versioning tools such as Git
• Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
